The Minnesota Chiropractic Association (MCA) invites you to sponsor or exhibit at the 2018 Annual Convention which will be held at the Minneapolis Marriott Northwest in Brooklyn Park, MN from Thursday, March 15 to Saturday, March 17, 2018.

Exhibits

Booth Specifications/Inclusions

  • 8' x 10' Booth
  • 6' skirted table
  • One representative to staff booth (Additional rep may attend for $200; maximum two reps per booth)
  • Breakfast, lunch, breaks, and reception included for reps
  • Listing in handout materials

Booths will be assigned by MCA based on date received. The meeting schedule includes open times for attendees to visit the exhibits, and coffee and refreshments will be served in the exhibit area to assure your booths are well attended. A tentative layout of available booth spaces appears below.

Exhibitor kits/information will be sent closer to the date of the conference, and will include a form for ordering electricity.

The exhibit fee includes your booth and one representative to staff it (one additional rep may be purchased per booth).
