Learn new adjusting techniques and adaptations to popular methods to enhance your skill set and prevent self-induced injury. This hands-on technique seminar will cover all spinal regions including the cervicothoracic and thoracolumbar junctions and extremities, in addition to special patient populations such as overweight, extremely tall, and extremely muscular patients. Leaving you with practical tips and methods to integrate into your own practice immediately. The incidence rate of work-related injury among chiropractors is high, this seminar will place an emphasis on techniques that are designed to protect your body from injury while maintaining effectiveness for successful adjustments, leaving both you and your patients happier. Dr. Danielle Trego FindenDr. Danielle Trego Finden has been in chiropractic practice for 7 years, owning two clinics. Developing and implementing the techniques in her book, "A Guide to Alternative Chiropractic Technique: How to Keep Your Healing Practice from Hurting You", she strives to provide the highest quality of care while maintaining an injury-free work history. Before beginning private practice, she worked as an associate as well as provided both short-term and long-term practice relief for multiple chiropractors where she observed many preventable injuries that chiropractors had sustained on the job. As a petite female practitioner, she realized early in her career that she would have to adapt her technique to be successful in practice while preventing injury in order to enjoy a long career. She serves as adjunct faculty at Northwestern Health Sciences University, both as a classroom instructor and a community based internship supervisor. She has been featured as a top chiropractor by Minnesota Monthly Magazine in 2014 & 2015 and is a contributing author to DC Practice Insights.
