Minnesota Chiropractic Association Wants Patients' Voice Heard
|
EDINA, MN – The Minnesota Chiropractic Association (MCA) has joined the American Chiropractic Association (ACA) and other chiropractic organizations around the country to give patients a voice in health care.
Through ChiroVoice, chiropractic patients can tell their story regarding the benefits of chiropractic care, in addition to letting their legislators know what is important to them regarding health care.
Nearly one thousand Minnesota patients have joined this nationwide effort. In addition to helping patients fill out the ChiroVoice sign-up forms, ACA president, Dr. Rick McMichael says that it’s also important for doctors to emphasize that their privacy will be protected. The personal information they share will not be used for any other purpose than to communicate to them about ChiroVoice and healthcare reform through occasional legislative alerts and a monthly newsletter that also offers health information and tips.
About Minnesota Chiropractic Association Created in 1927, the Minnesota Chiropractic Association is the only professional organization in Minnesota that solely represents the chiropractic professional on a multi-level and integrated service basis.
