Setting StrengthsFinder in Motion

StrengthsFinder 2.0 is one assessment that Kathy uses to help individuals and teams grow. Our self-awareness of individual strengths, can be applied to interactions with customers and staff members. It can help you identify when you are working in your strength zone or out of the zone and how this can affect performance and team dynamics. Exploring StrengthsFinder 2.0 will assist you in using your strengths to your advantage.

In order to provide you with the best experience, please complete and submit your strengthsfinder results a week prior to the leadership summit. Results can be submitted to Jessica Truhler at jessicat@mnchiro.
