Session Description

  • Focus on how autonomic dysregulation affects methylation biochemistry and sensory-motor development and the global effects on health and development. The phylogenic development of the vagus nerve and its implications in the chiropractic-gut-brain-immune-sensory axis will also be discussed in this hour. The impact on vagal tone due to spinal biomechanical dysfunction from various stressor/traumas will be addressed. Chiropractic considerations and management for optimal vagal tone will also be part of this hour. Also, how vagal tone integrity fits in and how chiropractic care will benefit.
  • Cover methylation biochemistry and its profound effects on health and DNA expression: from chronic health issues to neurodevelopmental disorders. Management from a chiropractic and neuronutritional aspect will be addressed.
  • Methylation biochemistry and its profound effects on health and DNA expression: from chronic health issues to neurodevelopmental disorders. Management from a chiropractic and neuronutritional aspect will be addressed.
  • Introduction into sensory-motor function in the context of neurodevelopment, TBI, whiplash, concussion and chronic infectious loads will be the focus of this hour.
  • Assessment and management of the vestibular system will be discussed. Chiropractic management via specific spinal adjustments, neurointegrative exercise protocols and neuronutritional protocols will be given. Also, being aware of negative vestibular affects and how to combat them will be addressed.
  • Assessment and management of the proprioceptive system will be discussed. Chiropractic management via specific spinal adjustments, neurointegrative exercise protocols and neuronutritional protocols will be given.
  • Assessment and management of the visual system as well as the visual-vestibular-cervical triad will be discussed. Chiropractic management via specific spinal adjustments, neurointegrative exercise protocols and neuronutritional protocols will be given.

Speaker
